# Cannot sign in to Kotlinlang Slack

Hi,

I have received no email upon requesting a sign-up [here](https://surveys.jetbrains.com/s3/kotlin-slack-sign-up), and if I try to sign in, the message I get in my inbox is:  
“You recently tried to sign in to **kotlinlang** , but it looks like your account for that workspace is deactivated.”

It’s been 24 hours thus far. Can anybody help?
