# Kotlin Native and GCD(Grand Central Dispatch)

Currently, kotlin/Native offers similar mechanism to GCD, called workers, see those examples: [https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin-native/tree/master/backend.native/tests/runtime/workers](https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin-native/tree/master/backend.native/tests/runtime/workers)
