Academic researcher (currently) working on the development of ontologies, databases and tools for drug discovery from natural sources (bacteria, fungi, plants) and tools to handle mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance data (including quantum mechanics based simulations). Using Kotlin mainly for backend, data processing and javafx applications. A little bit now to replace python for data analysis as well (it was my main language before switching most things to kotlin starting 2018). Frontends with Vue.js. Then all the things devopsy as i have to manage everything myself (ldap, dbs, ansible, lxc, docker, vms, network switches…)
