Can someone point at or make a complete example? Both Groovy and Kotlin DSLs are fine (pref Kotlin DSL 
)
Well, JetBrains is always one (sometimes two) step ahead of everybody 
During the night they released Kotlin 1.3.20 and with it a detailed guide for the plugin setup including the publishing section.
