Research about the effectiveness of Kotlin

Hi there! I’m interested in Kotlin and it’s potential impact on software development project in regards to, but not limited to, developer happiness, performance, readability and system management.

Is there any research you know of that might be interesting?

There is extremely little scientific research of this type even for much more established programming languages than Kotlin. I’m not aware of any research covering Kotlin specifically.
