Unresolved reference (unused import)

I am writing my first project and get this error Unresolved reference: makeText

this work without import:
import kotlinx.android.synthetic.main.activity_main.* and without function countMe,
because without this import android.widget.Toast is not “unused”
How can i fix that?

My english is bad, so don’t be strict please. Help please.

My gradle file :

My solution:
I rewrited import
import kotlinx.android.synthetic.main.activity_main.*
on
import kotlinx.android.synthetic.main.activity_main.textView
And after this import android.widget.Toast ceased to be “unused”
and this working now
