STM32 Kotlin ARM Cortex

Hello respected community of Kotlin!!! I understand that my question sounds weird, I guess)). But where can you get clear instructions on which steps describes how to run Kotlin applications on arm younger (like cortex m4) such STM32, Silicon Labs, Texas Instruments and others (although the most likely chip is a STM32). I just wrote the app, and under Android and under the iron but to gather under the microcontroller Kotlin I don’t understand. What are the ways? I found only this JetBrains Internship Application Maybe if not difficult for You, tell me?
