IntelliJ IDEA plugin no longer updating?

Looks like the plugin repositgory is no longer finding  zip file for the kotlin plugin to download.  Has anything changed recently?

We had building problems yesterday, should be fixed by now. If it isn't, please, tell me. Thanks
