Update the 'dicuss.kotlinglang.org' Kotlin logo

Hello,

One thing I’ve noticed is that in this Kotlin discussion forum the Kotlin logo is outdated:

For the sake of consistency, the team at JetBrains may want to change it to the newer Kotlin logo:

Huh, seems weird to me that this still hasn’t been changed… yeah, I agree, it should definitely be changed :+1:
